Californians for Energy Independence and local oil and gas employees from Aera Energy and California Resources Corporation will be participating in the Ventura County office of Education’s ‘Sustainable VC – Careers in Clean Tech’ event. More than 100 community college and high school students will participate in the event and explore future career opportunities and sustainable technologies related to a variety of pathways including energy, environment and utilities.  Local oil and gas employees will conduct hands on presentations and share with students information about careers in the energy industry.
